Sufi George, who founded the Do-Nothing Party last week, has
announced that he is the DNP’s candidate for US President.

The DNP platform is: Do Nothing, Let It Happen. Sufi George
offers his expertise at doing nothing.

Some may think that doing nothing is a great idea, but sad to
say, Sufi George is not real. He is a cartoon character on
youtube.

He has promised to preside over the continuing decline of the
country by doing nothing.

He gives a poignant analogy, about watching a barn in a field
rot away over time, and how beautiful that is.

Can we vote for a cartoon character for President? Our
research shows that voting is not needed. Sufi George has
already been elected. He knows the writer.

Also, Sufi George has already given his first State of the Union
address. He has already saved our depleted farmlands. He has
immediately solved the poverty crisis and joblessness. All with
do-nothing ideas. These cartoon episodes exist on youtube now
(http://youtube.com/sufigeorge).

Analysts are speculating that Sufi George will drop out of the
race, unless he really is already elected. These future successes
could be an illusion, meant to look like glimpses into the future.
There is hope in that because then we could vote for him.

There are several dozen Sufi George cartoons on youtube. They
are created by Phoenix artist George Arthur Lareau. He began
cartooning to promote his books, over a dozen of them, before
he branched into politics with his Sufi George character.
